Manufacturing & Assembly
Bloom's network includes contract manufacturers and assembly operations across the US. Most of them work with electric mobility products, energy systems, robotics, or drones, so they know the product categories.
What's covered:
- Full contract manufacturing from raw materials to finished goods - SKD and CKD assembly (importing components, assembling domestically) - Kitting and sub-assembly for complex products - In-line QC, functional testing, and pre-delivery inspection
Manufacturing capabilities in the network: metal fabrication, welding, CNC, laser cutting, electrical and wiring harness assembly, battery pack assembly, motor and drivetrain integration, plastics, composites, powder coating, packaging.
When you submit manufacturing requirements, Bloom evaluates the RFP against provider capabilities, certifications (ISO, UL, etc.), capacity, location, and pricing. You get a shortlist of 2-4 qualified providers with competitive quotes.
Not every provider does every capability. That's fine. Bloom can split a production program across multiple partners when it makes sense, with one coordinated relationship through the platform.
